RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the ship / purchase date for a full refund of the price of the product.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Store Credit, etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. Original shipment fees are non refundable. 

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange. 

Online purchases may be returned to our Lakewood shop or shipped to the address below. We will refund the purchase price. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return via mail unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We assess repairs and defective item claims on a case by case basis. If Online Orders are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival please email info@cuyahogacollective.com with the following information: 1) your order number, 2) the email address used to place the order, 3) name of the item, and 4) a photo of the damage. Please note we are not able to repair or replace defective item claims after 60 days from the date of purchase.

All sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
